Mohammed Dansanta Rimi
Chairman, MEH Group
H.E. Mohammed Dansanta Rimi is the Chairman of MEH Group, a Nigerian business group with interests spanning real estate development, investment, hospitality and related professional services.
A distinguished business leader, administrator and diplomat, Mr. Rimi brings to MEH Group decades of experience in leadership, investment, international relations and strategic development, with a professional career that has taken him across both the public and private sectors.
Prior to his role at MEH Group, he served as Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Nigeria to the United Arab Emirates, where he represented Nigeria's interests and played a role in strengthening bilateral relations between Nigeria and the UAE, particularly across areas of trade, investment and economic cooperation. During his tenure, he engaged extensively with UAE government institutions, business leaders and international organisations.
His diplomatic service culminated in December 2023, when the President of the United Arab Emirates, His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, conferred upon him the Medal of Independence of the First Order in recognition of his service and contribution to UAE–Nigeria relations.
Mr. Rimi's professional background also includes senior leadership and board-level appointments across a number of Nigerian organisations. His career has encompassed economic planning, investment management, corporate administration, human resources and organisational leadership, providing him with a broad understanding of institutional development and business strategy.
As Chairman of MEH Group, he provides strategic direction and leadership to the organisation as it builds a diversified platform focused on creating enduring value through real estate, hospitality and investment.
His extensive understanding of both the Nigerian and Middle Eastern business environments has been particularly relevant to MEH Group's international outlook. The Group's experience in the UAE and its understanding of the Middle Eastern real estate market have informed its approach to development and investment in Nigeria.
Under his leadership, MEH Group is positioned to combine local market knowledge, international experience and long-term investment thinking to contribute meaningfully to the development of Nigeria's built environment and broader economy.

Bukola J. Bowoto
Chief Executive Officer, MEH Realty Limited
Bukola Bowoto is a strategic business leader and the Chief Executive Officer of MEH Realty Limited, where she provides leadership and strategic direction for the company's growth, development, and long-term positioning within Nigeria's real estate sector.
With a multidisciplinary background spanning corporate governance, commercial affairs and real estate, Bukola brings a structured and strategic approach to leadership. Her experience has shaped a strong understanding of how organisations can build sustainable businesses, develop effective structures, create value for stakeholders, and remain responsive to an evolving market.
Since joining MEH Realty, Bukola has been closely involved in the company's development and evolution, gaining a deep understanding of its business, people, operations, partnerships and growth opportunities. Her leadership is focused on strengthening the organisation's capabilities, building strategic partnerships, developing commercially relevant opportunities, and positioning MEH Realty for sustained growth.
As CEO, she is responsible for translating the company's vision into clear strategic priorities and ensuring alignment across the organisation. Her leadership encompasses business strategy, organisational development, stakeholder engagement, commercial growth, partnerships and the overall direction of the company's real estate and development activities.
Bukola is particularly focused on building MEH Realty as a credible, professionally driven and forward-looking real estate company, with an emphasis on quality, innovation, strong execution and long-term value creation. Cuthberga Parese Onuoha
Executive Director, Hospitality Development, MEH Group
Cuthberga Parese Onuoha is a hospitality and real estate development executive with expertise in hospitality strategy, hotel operations, project development, commercial planning, and guest experience. She brings a strong understanding of the relationship between hospitality operations and real estate development, with a professional focus on creating commercially viable hospitality assets that deliver exceptional guest experiences and sustainable value for owners and investors.
Her professional experience spans several areas of the hospitality industry, including front office operations, reservations, housekeeping, Rooms Division leadership, hotel operations, finance, hospitality development, and strategic project management. Having progressed through both operational and executive leadership roles, she brings a practical understanding of the full hospitality lifecycle — from day-to-day hotel operations and service delivery to the planning, development, and commercial positioning of hospitality assets.
Over the course of her career, Cuthberga has held progressively senior positions including Reservations Manager, Front Office Manager, Business Development Manager, General Manager, and Director of Rooms Division. Her professional journey includes experience with established hospitality brands such as IHG Hotels & Resorts, Radisson Blu, and Lagos Continental Hotel, giving her exposure to international hospitality standards, complex hotel operations, commercial performance, and high-level guest experience management. At Lagos Continental Hotel, she served as Director of Rooms Division, providing leadership across key guest-facing operations and contributing to the delivery of service and operational standards within the property. Her career across multiple hospitality functions has equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of hotel performance, team leadership, guest experience, and the commercial considerations that underpin successful hospitality businesses.
As Executive Director, Hospitality Development at MEH Realty Ltd, Cuthberga provides strategic leadership across the company's hospitality development portfolio, with a focus on creating high quality, commercially viable hospitality and mixed use developments. Her responsibilities include hospitality strategy, hotel and branded residence development, operator and brand coordination, project delivery, consultant management, procurement, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement.
Her career in hospitality has given her experience across both operational and corporate functions, including hotel operations, Rooms Division, finance, hospitality consulting, and development. This breadth of experience enables her to bridge the gap between the technical requirements of hotel operations and the commercial objectives of property development and investment.
At MEH Realty, Cuthberga is involved in the development of major hospitality projects, working closely with international hotel brands, consultants, designers, contractors, investors, and other project stakeholders to ensure that developments meet global hospitality standards while remaining commercially relevant to the African market. She is particularly passionate about developing hospitality assets that deliver exceptional guest experiences while creating sustainable value for owners and investors.
